HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT I WANT?

Our website has been designed so it's easy for you to navigate our range. Whether you're looking for outdoor banners, posters, tent cards, table talkers, flyers, leaflets or any other item, we'll show you the most popular option straight away. You can then customise the product to your spec. Just play with the buttons on the product pages to try out different styles and finishes.

HOW IS MY PRODUCT PRINTED?

The majority of our printing is produced using small- and large-format digital presses. From posters to menus, and large promotional banners to loyalty cards, we offer exceptional quality.

WHERE IS MY PRODUCT PRINTED?

All our printing is done in the UK in Wiltshire.

SUPPLYING FILES

WHAT FORMAT SHOULD I USE?

The safest file format to send your files to us is PDF. We also accept JPG and TIFF files. Your artwork should be of high resolution, at least 300 DPI (dots per inch). Please allow a 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork. This is the margin that we need when trimming prints. Since we allow a 3mm margin for cutting your prints, we recommend not using a framework around the edges. If you wish to have coloured backgrounds or images continue to the edge of the item they must continue 3mm past the trim marks to create a bleed margin. If they do not continue to the full bleed margin you may end up with white strips along the edge of the product due to cutting tolerance. Make sure that all the text on your artwork is at least 5mm from the edge of your design. Please convert all fonts in your artwork to outlines. Make sure your images are in CMYK colours (full colour), not RGB for example. You can save your artwork in either Windows or MAC OSX format.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you've checked out, your order will begin our automated production process. As we're manufacturing something just for you, it's not possible to cancel your order once your order has started to be printed.

I'VE NOTICED A MISTAKE, CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please check your design carefully before you finish, including all telephone numbers, dates, times, addresses, prices and spelling. If you spot an error after you've ordered, then it's unlikely that we will be able to rectify it.

THERE'S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?

In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We will do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

DISPATCH & DELIVERY

CAN I PAY EXTRA TO GET MY ORDER FASTER?

Not at present. We offer a turnaround of 4-6 working days including print and despatch.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Your order will be delivered by courier on a regular service.

I’VE MISSED DELIVERY OF MY PARCEL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The driver will have left a notification card with a parcel reference number on it. You can track where your parcel is using this number.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer a standard delivery service, usually 4-6 working days turnaround.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

Currently, we only deliver to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland addresses.
